As law firms and solo practitioners face increasing competition, lawyers must find new ways to attract and retain clients. To meet this need, law publisher Serenson P/L has launched a quick, easy, and cost-effective way for lawyers to provide increasingly discerning clients an extra reason for choosing their practice over a rival firm.

Serenson P/L has introduced the “WMC Method for Winning Cases”. Under this program, lawyers get a 200-page Toolkit that guides them through a rigorous 10-step process for researching and analyzing clients’ cases and for communicating the results persuasively in writing. The Toolkit comes as an Internet download and in paperback.

The part of the program that attracts lawyers looking for a marketing edge is that the lawyers who buy and use the Toolkit get to display a special logo on their law firm’s website. Lawyers who display the logo instantly tell their clients that the lawyer has access to a rigorous, award-winning method for working through clients’ cases.

Serenson CEO, Troy Simpson, explains why consumers of legal services want to know that their lawyer uses the WMC Method: “You want the best from your lawyer. You want to know that the lawyer has focused their mind, skill, and resources on your case. You want the best possible chance at winning. Yet lawyers handle many cases at once, often against near-impossible deadlines. While your lawyer may have a lot of expertise in a specific area of law, they may lack the skill and knowledge to research important factual matters and legal areas outside their area of expertise. But if you lawyer uses the WMC method for winning cases, then you know that they have access to a rigorous system that helps them to tailor their response to your matter in a way that aims to get the most from your lawyer's time and the most value for your money.”

To prevent people fraudulently displaying the WMC logo, all lawyers that use the logo must embed into the logo a link that ends in a 7-digit code (for example, "EID=1234567").

Lawyers interested in the program should go to http://www.win-more-cases.com, Once you buy and download the Toolkit for $124.50, you will receive further instructions on downloading and using the logo.
